Additional Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in dyeing machine maintenance in a garment or textile factory.

• Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

• Hands-on experience with dyeing machines and utility equipment.

• Ability to diagnose technical faults independently.

Responsibilities & Context:

1. Machine Maintenance & Troubleshooting

• Perform preventive, corrective, and routine maintenance on dyeing machines

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues to minimize machine downtime.

• Monitor machine performance and identify potential risks or breakdowns.

2. technical operation

·       Ensure proper calibration, alignment, and functioning of dyeing machines.

·       Maintain utility support systems related to dyeing operations (steam, air, water pumps, dosing systems).

·       Support installation, testing, and commissioning of new machinery or upgrades.

3. Production Support

·       Work closely with dyeing, production, and quality teams to ensure smooth machine operation during shifts.

·       Respond quickly to emergency breakdowns to avoid delays in production schedules.

4. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, breakdown reports, spare parts usage, and machine history records.

• Prepare daily and monthly maintenance performance reports.

5. Compliance & Safety

• Ensure adherence to all safety guidelines during maintenance operations.

• Follow company and industry standards for machine operation and maintenance procedures.

6. Spare Parts & Inventory Management

• Monitor and ensure availability of essential spare parts and tools.

• Support the store team in managing maintenance inventory.
