Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare Commercial documents for Import & Export.
∎ Handling L/C related matter, Banking function and documentation.
∎ Preparing Shipment Advice, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Detail Packing List.
∎ Knowledgeable in BL, GSP, CO, UD & UD Amendment.
∎ Maintain all correspondence & Communication to the Bank, Buyers, and forwarder verbally & through Mail.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Sound knowledge in Computer, MS office program especially in MS Excel, MS Word.
∎ Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions.
∎ Must be in sound health condition
∎ Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance during office time.
∎ Must have the ability to communicate in English.
∎ Good Presentation skill.
