Job Context:
∎ Sun Aun Limited is involved in catering to all leading manufacturers in Food, Beverage, Pharmaceutical, Home care and Personal care sector since 1983. As exclusive agents of globally renowned ingredient manufacturers, we help to connect them with our valuable customers.
∎ We are looking for a dynamic professional for the position of Senior Executive - Commercial.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining communication with supplier, customer and sales team to fulfill orders.
∎ Follow up on LC, shipment, shipping documents and keep customer updated.
∎ Checking and correcting drafts of LC and shipping documents.
∎ Maintaining Indent Order file and customer/supplier wise sales record.
∎ Execution of import orders
∎ Opening LC and maintaining communication with bank till material cleared from customs.
∎ Other Supply Chain related works.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Should have experience in the relevant field.
∎ Must have good English proficiency.
∎ Must be well conversant in scrutinizing the Export/Import L/C terms & conditions.
∎ Should be proactive, vigilant and self driven.
∎ Should have excellent interpersonal, analytical and communication skills.
∎ Team player and able to coordinate with other departments.
Salary: Negotiable
