Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for the entire process starting from material enquiry received, submitting quotation, issuing Proforma Invoice, coordinating receipt of LC, ensure timely shipment and on time submission of original shipping documents through coordination with supplier.
∎ Have thorough knowledge of executive orders through Letter of Credit (LC) and be well equipped to check draft shipping documents to ensure they are prepared as per LC requirements.
∎ Regular follow-up with customer and supplier to ensure timely shipments and delivery of shipping documents.
∎ Keeps customers and appropriate sales reps updated of order status, quality concerns, and potential delivery problems that may arise.
∎ Monitors customer complaints & claims and coordinates problem resolution with quality assurance when necessary.
