Responsibilities & Context:
Issuance of Proforma Invoice, Checking, Collecting and maintaining LCs in ERP system.
Preparing shipping documents for LCs and submission to bank.
Collecting acceptance from party and maturity from Bank.
Coordinating delivery program and procedure.
Coordinating inventory of raw material and finished goods in ERP.
Maintaining export-import performance records/KPI through ERP.
