∎ B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from BUET

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to develop and define project goals and objectives.
∎ Monitor and analyze project effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative tools.
∎ Develop detailed task lists and work effort assessment.
∎ Do the right research and prepare the documents, verify the facts and keep them ready before the stipulated time.
∎ Working on preventive maintenance & related activities.
∎ Perform field inspections to gather data relevant to the development review process.
∎ Ensure to convey required project data and information to project teams as well as Management.
∎ Maintain a file and documentation of all the reports and records.
∎ Prepare and present regular internal and external project reports.
∎ Analyze the risks and issues compromising project results and plan to mitigate them.
∎ Perform field inspections to gather data and verify that projects comply with approved plans.
∎ Provide updates on the project status time to time to the Management.
∎ Encourage to use of new techniques and implement it on project phase.
∎ Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports and cost tracking reports.
∎ Propose, review, or approve modifications to project plans.
∎ Confer with project personnel to identify and resolve problems.
∎ Working with Civil, Mechanical and Electrical team for project implementation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 4-5 years of experience in relevant field will be an added advantage;
∎ Proactive, independent, deadline driven and result oriented;
∎ Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills;
∎ Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks;
∎ Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative work relationship within the team;
∎ Should have long term planner to career development;
∎ Willing to frequent visit at project site;
∎ Well conversant in MS-Office.
