Responsibilities & Context:
- Conduct regular audits of retail outlets to ensure the accuracy of company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and evaluate inventory accuracy, identifying discrepancies and recommending corrective actions.
- Audit cash handling procedures and reconcile cash transactions to prevent theft and fraud.
- Compile audit findings and observations into comprehensive reports.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement to management.
- Collaborate with other departments such as Group audit, IT, accounts, and finance to address cross-functional concerns and improve overall business performance.
- Check outlet expense voucher, Bank Deposit, monthly receipt payment, pending challan, and Interior work.
- Audit the appropriate purchase order, bill of exchange & bank reconciliation with the Showroom Manager & SCM of Retail.
- Physical market verification reports are prepared and submitted to the Operation Head of Retail.
- Regular warehouse and outlet visits.
- Any other tasks assigned by the management.
