∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design and develop innovative concepts and graphics for organizational marketing such as social media banners/images, logo, leaflets.
∎ Generate at-a-glance & project brochure, flyer, PVC design as marketing tools.
∎ Assist to organize events for outstanding display of company products/services
∎ Carrying out market research in order to keep up to date with customer trends, as well as trying to predict future trends.
∎ Visualize promotional materials, e.g, publications, reports, catalogues, leaflets, brochures, flyers, poster & other printing materials which leads to building brand awareness
∎ Prepare graphics design materials for printed media (newspaper advertisement) and for digital / social media
∎ Generate new ideas/ concepts which support the achievement of department objective
∎ Establish and maintain brand budgets.
∎ Capable of handling files as per check list, preparation of file content, identification of shortfall documents or pending issues in each file & necessary planning & execution to resolve pending issues.
∎ Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as deemed necessary by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in following software :Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Creative Design

Salary: Negotiable
