Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation/ Masters in any subject.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have the capability to assist his Superior/ Manager.
∎ Propose improvements in the existing transport management system.
∎ Ensure that proper inventory of all components of vehicles are maintained and checked frequently.
∎ Ensure that the maintenance, fuel loading and servicing schedule of the vehicles are followed.
∎ Strictly act upon the CNG/Petrol/Diesel filling mechanism approved by the Management.
∎ Keep records/ history of drivers and accidents.
∎ Maintain duty roasters of Drivers.
∎ Arrange for re-training and re-certification of drivers and registration and re- certifications of vehicles
∎ Process Registration works of new vehicle and Renewal of Tax Token/Fitness/Insurance of all vehicles.
∎ Ensure feedback on performance of drivers after evaluation.
∎ Liaison with external agencies (Police/ Municipalities/ Corporation/ premises security agencies/Premises Co-op Society) and Coordinating with Travel Agencies for Airlines
∎ Maintain vehicle log sheet and submit regular and comprehensive weekly & monthly monitoring report to the management.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Vehicle Management & BRTA Works.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Preference The selected candidates for the factory premises will live & work at Hotapara, Gazipur.
∎ Adequate skills in Computer Application including ERP software.
∎ Excellent communication proficiency both in English & Bangla.
