Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a person who is capable of handling a guest house and have hands-on experience in managing guest house/hotel management.
∎ We are a group of companies having guest houses in different locations in Dhaka for our own people or foreigners.
∎ Candidates who have a background in hotel management/hospitality management will get preference.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Supervising and training household staff.
∎ 2. Overseeing the work of vendors/third parties.
∎ 3. Overseeing procurement of household goods.
∎ 4. Looking after guests.
∎ 5. Organizing dinner parties and events as and when required.
∎ 6. Being hands-on with all administrative duties, including paying bills and budgeting.
∎ 7. Interviewing and hiring staff for non-management of guest houses.
∎ 8. Manage staff training.
∎ 9. Supervise upkeep of guest houses.
∎ 10. Shift planning.
∎ 11. Supervising the cleaning, security, CCTV, and maintenance.
∎ 12. Others as per Supervisor's instruction.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
