Job Context:
∎ Workplace : Work at Factory / Head office
∎ Job Location :
∎ Hemayetpur, Savar (Factory)
∎ 42/4 Progoti Shoroni, Baridhara, Dhaka (Head office)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintains files, including filing of general ledger, journal vouchers, accounts payable. Documentation and other miscellaneous filings.
∎ Enters data into computer system using defined computer programs.
∎ Maintains regular contact with other departments to obtain and convey information. And /or to correct transactions.
∎ Compile data and prepare a variety of report.
∎ Handle accounts payable and receivable.
∎ Maintain records of business costs, such as labor and material.
∎ Check invoices for inaccuracies.
∎ Reconcile accounts with the general ledger.
∎ Handle general account queries.
∎ Contact clients about invoices that are past due.
∎ Cash Payment and maintaining all the documents of the same.
∎ Maintain bill vouchers sheet, bank reconciliation, Export collection and realize entry.
∎ Monitor regular work and communicate with all concerned.
∎ Maintain Dashboard (Production, Sales & Collection Reports)
∎ Machine wise production report preparation.
∎ Salary Sheet preparation.
∎ Sales reconciliation monthly basis.
∎ Any administrative work assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 3 years in relevant field.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Accounts, MS Office, Tally Software
∎ For experienced candidates age may be relaxed.
