Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting or Finance preferable, Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting or Finance preferable

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsibilities for this position will include but not limited to. The nominated person must be prepared mentally to manage overall accounting, vat, finance, and revenue related matters.
∎ Responsible for collecting, posting and managing account payments.
∎ Provide necessary financial data/information to the Management as needed.
∎ Responsible for developing the Financial Audit Report on an annual basis.
∎ Ensure internal Accounting, Auditing & Reporting Standards of the company.
∎ To prepare and posting all kind of debt, credit & journal vouchers, maintain cash book in E.R.P software (like Tally and any other customized online based accounting software) and maintain documentation timely
∎ Preparing monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly sales, outstanding, collection reports.
∎ Review monthly Balance sheet reconciliation, Bank reconciliation, Fixed assets schedule, finished goods, Raw material and ensure those reports are properly done before submitting to the higher authority.
∎ Other duties as assigned by the higher authority.
∎ To prepare vat challan, maintain vat related ledger and relevant documents and also Vat payment by treasury challan
∎ Must have adequate knowledge on LC & Foreign Exchange related to LC Payment.
∎ Handle VAT from Mushak-1,1 Ka,7,9,11,12,12 ka,12 Kha,16,17,18, & 19,26,27.
∎ Issuance of VAT challan and keeping all related vat register.
∎ Liaison with VAT & Tax Consultants.
∎ Perform production related to Financial Analysis and Forecast.
∎ Review Operational Performance.
∎ Assist Management in the formulation of its overall Strategic Decisions
∎ To prepare competitive product costing for a new and existing product and additionally able to work in MS Word, MS Excel fluently.
