Educational Requirements:
∎ Master in Accounting/MBA/BBA.
∎ With CA CC from a reputed CA firm. or
∎ ICMA Inter Complete (1200 marks).
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare and post the day to day transaction in the accounting system in time.
∎ To monitor and controlling the Receivable and Payable System on daily basis.
∎ To prepare and review various banks reconciliations and the raised discrepancy from reconciliation will be closely monitored and settled.
∎ To prepare management report on monthly, quarterly, half yearly, yearly and as when necessary and submit the reports to the Management in time.
∎ Dealing with Bank & FI's and to inform management about the position of cash & bank considering the status of Receivable & Payable etc.
∎ Communication (over phone and written) with Various Parties for recovery of receivable.
∎ Knowledge of Tax, Vat and other regulatory matters is preferable.
∎ Any other legal tasks assigned by Management.
∎ Work in a team environment and collaboration with various departments.
∎ Challenge taking attitude, work under pressure, ethical.
∎ To face yearly audit by the external auditors.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5-8 year(s) experience in any public listed or private limited company especially in a manufacturing industry.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Accounts, Finance, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax), Cash Management.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Accounting Software, MS Office, etc.
