∎ The Senior ERP Executive (Development & Implementation) is accountable for leading the end-to-end ERP implementation, development and end-user training across all platforms of ZXY International.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understand the business processes, ERP security protocols and help identify ways to streamline workflow and integrate into the system
∎ Monitor the creation of user entries and enable access to the ERP system as per role specifications
∎ Assign reporting access to each unique user based on organizational hierarchy and role specifications
∎ Assign department-wise module access permission to users based on role requirements
∎ Assign dashboard access based on role specifications and country office
∎ Monitor access permission to factory users in factory portal
∎ Configure approval hierarchy in MIS
∎ Follow up on the maintenance of master database for customers, vendors, factories, banks, courier companies, freight forwarders, employees, departments, designations, payment terms, port and country information etc.
∎ Identify, address and fix program bugs in the system
∎ Differentiate between system and user-end errors and troubleshoot accordingly
∎ Maintain log file of issues and update regularly with resolution status
∎ Ensure various reports and modules are up and running in all offices (i.e. India, China, Turkey, UAE) via regular monitoring
∎ Design process flow diagrams to clarify and streamline data flow
∎ Ensure completion of new developments within specified deadlines
∎ Writing customized programs and scripts, as well as configuring ERP applications
∎ Design user friendly User Interface (UI)
∎ Monitor and track project progress against goals, objectives, timelines, and budgets
∎ Test and release new ERP developments within specified deadlines
∎ Develop and maintain MIS operational procedures and system standards
∎ Follow-up/monitor the Preparation of user manuals intended as a reference for end users, providing guidance on usability and features of ERP from functional perspective
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years' relevant work experience in ERP/MIS Development and Implementation with a reputed organization
∎ Must have comprehensive knowledge of ERP development tools, coding languages i.e., Node JS & React Native, and business processes
∎ Experience in operating in Microsoft Power BI
∎ Having prior RMG industry experience will be an added advantage
∎ Excellent problem solving/analytical skills
∎ Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships work as a team
∎ Should be well-groomed, smart and energetic
∎ Strong presentation and delivery skills
∎ Strong attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bangla and English
∎ IT proficiency - advance level skill is a MUST in MS Office package (Especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook)
∎ Should be proactive and dynamic, ability to work hard efficiently
∎ Ability to multi task and remain organized, meet deadlines
