Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Development of effective analysis of structural framing system and their connections with main building structure for glazing work by using relevant and appropriate software (STTAD Pro/Etabs) based on BNBC. Ensure that the designs incorporate safety from lateral forces like wind, earthquake, etc.
∎ 2. Ensure efficient structure framing system and their connections with the main building structure for glazing work by trial-and-error method with the full satisfaction of relevant professionals like: Architects, Plumbing Engineers, Electro-mechanical engineers, Market promotion officials, etc.
∎ 3. Preparation of rational design of structural framing system for glazing work and their connections withthe main building structure maintaining the aesthetical and functional demand.
∎ 4. Selection of quality Structural components available in the market to minimize cost and time.
∎ 5. Preparation of detailed hand sketch drawings to develop Auto-CAD drawings. Check AutoCAD drawings to develop error-free drawings for construction work. Deliver drawings to the project within the scheduled time.
∎ 6. Periodical visits to Construction projects to check the quality of construction work and submission of site visiting reports.
∎ 7. Checking of BOQ, providing technical support to selection of vendor/contractor for the Glazing work.
∎ 8. Providing work completion certificate of the Glazing work.
