Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc /Diploma in Civil Engineering from any recognized public University / Polytechnic institute.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare and maintain detailed engineering and construction schedules including development of critical path and project float.
∎ To partner with project personnel to establish the plan and document the scope, develop project schedules and or capital cost estimates.
∎ Maintain liaison with management regarding project planning by conducting analyses and preparing reports.
∎ Make presentations to clients as needed.
∎ Monitor hours and costs to determine trends and to assist in forecasting.
∎ Evaluate scope changes, cost trends, additional work orders and other elements.
∎ To interact with suppliers and contractors and make cost comparisons.
∎ To ensure the maintenance of all essential documentation.
∎ To participate in the development of timetables and schedules for projects.
∎ To prepare technical statements of work for construction projects, facility modifications, improvements and high end service and maintenance contracts.
∎ To prepare project budgets and cost estimates, schedules and coordinates resources and tasks to complete projects on approved budgets.
∎ Analyses date and situations, recommends solutions to supervisors.
∎ To conduct regular site visits, progress monitoring and progress reporting.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 07 years of experience must need.
∎ Might be dynamic & energetic.
∎ Willing to work at a very tight schedule.
∎ Willing to join immediately if selected.
∎ Willing to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
∎ Ability to work with foreigner.
∎ Computer literacy is must.
∎ Must be good in English.
∎ The applicants should have experience in a power plant project is preferable.
