Job Responsibilities:

• Act as a Senior Education Counselor for Malaysia, providing expert guidance to prospective students (face-to-face, phone, online).

• Offer accurate information regarding study abroad opportunities in Malaysia, university admissions, and application processes.

• Respond to all student inquiries promptly via online platforms, emails, and phone calls.

• Maintain meticulous student follow-up records and consistently achieve counselling targets.

• Represent Ready Global Solutions at education exhibitions, seminars, workshops, and promotional events both locally and overseas, interacting with prospective students and parents.

• Counsel students on various study options in Malaysia, including degree programs, course options, academic requirements, and post-study opportunities.

• Provide comprehensive guidance and support throughout the entire application process, from initial inquiry to enrollment, including expert assistance with visa and immigration procedures.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with partner Malaysian universities, education agents, and other stakeholders to enhance the company's presence and reputation.

• Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities (inquiries, applications, enrollments) and collaborate with the marketing team to refine recruitment strategies.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date student information, including academic qualifications, application statuses, and other relevant data.

• Assist students in selecting suitable courses, universities, and ensuring strong English communication.

• Communicate effectively with universities and maintain proper student files.

• Handle client queries, ensure timely follow-up, and provide high-quality service.

• Willingness to travel extensively both locally (Dhaka) and overseas for official purposes.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Department.

Employment Status: Full-time

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in any field from a recognized university.

Experience Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in Education Consulting, Immigration/Visa Processing, or relevant fields.

• Applicants should have experience in business areas such as Consulting Firms, Immigration and Education Consultancy Service.

• Freshers are also encouraged to apply if they demonstrate strong potential and passion for the field.

Additional Requirements:

• Age at most 35 years (flexible for highly experienced candidates).

• Proficient spoken and written communication skills in English are mandatory.

• Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills.

• Neat and presentable for engagements with foreign embassies in Bangladesh and international clients.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Familiarity with the Malaysian education system and visa procedures is a significant advantage.

Job Location: Lalmatia, Dhaka (with travel opportunities locally and overseas)

Salary:
