∎ 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and native platforms.
∎ Demonstrated success managing large advertising budgets and improving ROI across global campaigns.
∎ Deep knowledge of campaign performance metrics and ad tracking tools (e.g., Meta Pixel, GA4, GTM).
∎ Experience running campaigns in diverse international markets with proven cultural sensitivity and localization skills.
∎ Strong strategic mindset paired with tactical execution abilities.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute full-funnel digital advertising strategies using Meta Ads, Google Ads, and native platforms tailored to multiple international and local markets.
∎ Manage campaigns across display, search, social, YouTube, and native ad networks to drive awareness, engagement, sales and lead generation.
∎ International Campaign Management
∎ Launch and optimize region-specific campaigns with geo-targeting, language localization, and market insights.
∎ Adapt creative and messaging to cultural and behavioral nuances in target countries (e.g., US, Europe, Southeast Asia etc.).
∎ Utilize the full capabilities of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and native platforms to achieve cost-efficient results.
∎ Execute advanced audience segmentation, retargeting, custom conversions, lookalike audiences, and bidding strategies.
∎ Collaborate with content and design teams to develop high-converting ad creatives tailored to each channel and market.
∎ Test headlines, copy, creatives, landing pages, and CTAs for performance improvement.
∎ Track performance KPIs across channels (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, Cost per acquisitions etc.) and provide actionable insights through regular reports.
∎ Use tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and UTM tracking to monitor and optimize user journeys.
∎ Work with in-house marketers to ensure campaign quality and strategic alignment.
∎ Oversee budget allocations, media buying plans, and cross-border compliance standards.
∎ Market & Competitor Intelligence
∎ Stay ahead of advertising trends, algorithm updates, and emerging platforms.
∎ Conduct ongoing competitor research and market analysis to refine strategy.
∎ Reganto It Solution is seeking a highly experienced and strategic digital marketer with at least 5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and native advertising platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of international and local markets and a performance-driven mindset to lead and scale global and local digital campaigns.
