∎ 2-3 years of proven experience as a creative designer, preferably in digital marketing or agency environments.
∎ Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premier Pro)
∎ Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work including branding, digital ads, video graphics, and print.
∎ Excellent visual storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail, typography, color, and composition.
∎ Ability to work collaboratively, accept feedback constructively, and adapt designs based on data and audience insights.
∎ Leadership qualities with experience mentoring junior designers or leading creative projects.
