∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Experiences: The candidate should have at least 2 years of experience working in development or humanitarian organizations in communications. Expertise and creativity in making audio-visual content for social media, graphic design, making posters, flyers, leaflet and photography. Skills in graphic design and audio-visual software are expected. Communications skills including editing, creative writing in both Bangla and English will be an asset. Excellent English proficiency is mandatory.
∎ Experience and academic qualifications could be relaxed for the candidates having extraordinary social and political analysis and activism, audio-visual and creative writing skills.
∎ Experiences: The candidate should have at least 2 years of experience working in development or humanitarian organizations in communications. ∎ Working base: Principal Office, Dhaka with frequent field visits in the coastal districts.
∎ COAST Foundation (www.coastbd.net) is a value-based NGO with a special consultative status of UN ECOSOC, registered under the NGO Affairs Bureau, the Societies Registration Act, 1860 and Micro Credit Regulatory Authority of Bangladesh.
∎ The Foundation has a zero-tolerance policy about Sexual Exploitation and Abuse and protects children from child marriage by its staff. The Foundation is inviting professionals to apply for the position.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ For the position starting salary within the 50-70 thousand (also it is negotiable) per month plus all other benefits like two festival allowances, contributory provident fund, gratuity, travel, medical, mobile allowances etc. as per Foundation's policy. Its core position not dependent on donor funding.
