Experience:

• Strong communication skills, ICT proficiency and a child-centered approach are key to success in this role. 
• Experience: 1-2 years of teaching experience at the Pre-primary and Primary level under the NCTB curriculum is preferred. Diploma in Early Childhood or Montessori Education, B.Ed / Diploma in Primary Education, PTI/DPE training will be considered as an advantage.

Muslim Hands Schools of Excellence (Sylhet & Gazipur) and Muslim Hands Model School are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Senior/Assistant/ Junior Teachers to join the academic team. The selected candidates will be responsible for teaching classes of Pre-primary/ Primary/ Secondary with the National Curriculum (NCTB), nurturing students’ conceptual understanding, problem-solving skills and practical knowledge.

Junior/ Assistant Teacher (Pre-primary and Primary- Bangla, English Math, GK)

• The Junior/Assistant Teacher (Pre-primary and Primary) for subjects like Bangla, English, Math, and General Knowledge (GK) will be responsible for supporting the education and development of young learners in pre-primary and primary school settings.
• S/he will plan and deliver lessons, teach foundational skills in Bangla (language and literature), English (reading, writing, and speaking), Math (basic arithmetic and problem-solving) and GK (general awareness, social studies, and basic science) in alignment with the NCTB curriculum.
• His/her role includes creating engaging activities, managing classroom behavior, assessing student progress and fostering a positive learning environment.
• S/he will work to ensure students build a strong academic foundation while developing social and critical thinking skills.
• The teacher will conduct regular assessments, maintain academic records and communicate feedback to parents and school authorities.
• Ensuring a safe, inclusive and supportive classroom environment is essential.
