Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Specializes in the design, construction, and management of high-quality residential and commercial properties.
∎ Oversee the entire architectural design process, starting from concept development to project completion.
∎ Collaborate with internal teams, external consultants, and stakeholders to ensure that our projects meet the highest standards of design excellence, functionality, and sustainability.
∎ Develop innovative and practical design solutions that meet project requirements, adhere to industry standards.
∎ Conduct site visits and assessments to gather information, evaluate existing conditions, and ensure compliance with design specifications and local building codes.
∎ Prepare and review architectural drawings, renderings, and specifications, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to project requirements.
∎ Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to understand their needs, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
∎ Monitor project progress, identify design-related issues or challenges, and provide timely solutions and recommendations to ensure successful project delivery.
