We are looking for a talented Senior Architect Designer or Head of Design Team to further strengthen our team. ∎ Must have 3 to 7 years of STAR level experience in an INTERIOR company

∎ Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Develop interior design and decoration concepts as per client requirements.
∎ 2. Lead the design team and supervise various projects.
∎ 3. Analyze and implement creative ideas and modern design trends.
∎ 4. Play an active role in each phase of the project (design, development, and implementation).
∎ 5. Participate in client meetings and presentations.
∎ 6. Ensure project completion within deadlines and budget.
∎ 7. Create design models using CAD, 3D, (Corona Render) and other software, etc.
∎ 8. Manage team skills development and training.

∎ Qualifications and Skills:
∎ Required Skills:
∎ • Design related skills:
∎ o Deep knowledge of interior design, architecture, and space planning.
∎ o Creative and innovative thinking.
∎ o Experience with CAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
∎ o Ability to properly coordinate colors, lighting, materials, and textures.
∎ o Ability to implement complex design concepts
∎ • Willingness and ability to train in design projects and learn new techniques.
∎ • Experience in client management and ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ • Strategic skills in setting monthly design targets and meeting them.
∎ • Experience in completing work on time under pressure of various projects.
∎ • Experience in team management and training.
∎
∎ Qualifications:
∎ • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture/Interior Design.
∎ • At least 3-5 years of experience, including 3 years in a senior position.
∎ • Experience in managing large-scale projects.
∎ • Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams.
