Educational Requirements:
∎ Post-Graduation preferably in Accounting/Finance;
∎ CA (CC) from reputed firm;
∎ No third class/equivalent CGPA is accepted;
∎ Skills Required: Computer skills with Microsoft Excel
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To update day to day accounts;
∎ To reconcile the account receivable and payable and plan for payment & collection;
∎ To reconcile bank statement in regular interval;
∎ Review of vendors or suppliers bill by proper authentication and payment within due time on regular basis;
∎ To maintain of reconciliation of intercompany transaction;
∎ To ensure proper documentation: posting of receipts and expenditure voucher (debit & credit voucher);
∎ Accounts related work which includes- cash withdrawn, cash deposit, DD deposit, challan deposit, collecting bank statement etc;
∎ To execute, monitor and manage L/C related work which include- corresponding with foreign supplier, L/C opening form fill-up and its amendments, Monitoring shipment document requirement formalities and custom clearing etc;
∎ To ensure all necessary Tax & VAT deduction from various sources & deposit with appropriate govt. authority within the deadline including submission of VAT returns, reports and documentation;
∎ To perform the duties & responsibilities to a high professional and ethical standard;
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management time to time;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 08 years of experience in any reputed Group of Company, Hotel, Resort etc.
∎ Hands on experience in Accounts, Audit, Commercial/Export-Import, Finance, Tax, Vat etc.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Age: No more than 40 years;
Good knowledge in MS Office specially in Excel, Word and PowerPoint etc;
