Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervision: Oversee the work of security guards, ensuring they adhere to protocols and standards.
∎ Patrols: Conduct regular patrols of the assigned area to ensure a safe and secured environment.
∎ Training: Provide training to security staff on security procedures, emergency response, and customer service.
∎ Scheduling: Develop and maintain security schedules, ensuring adequate coverage.
∎ Incident Management: Coordinate responses to security incidents and conduct investigations when necessary.
∎ Equipment Oversight: Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of security equipment.
∎ Policy Enforcement: Enforce security policies and procedures.
∎ Recordkeeping: Maintain and update all registers properly that are maintained by the security department.
∎ Communication: Liaise with other departments, law enforcement, and management regarding security matters.
∎ People Management: Manage attendance and leave of security personnel.
∎ Others: Perform any other duties under the direction of the management, if necessary.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3-5 years of experience as Security Supervisor in any reputed organization.
∎ Training: Completion of basic security training program, crisis management courses, and Fire Fighting training.
∎ Physical Fitness: Good physical condition, as the role may involve standing for long periods and physical patrolling.
∎ Communication Skills: Basic communication skills to interact with people on the premises.
