Oversee overall security operations of the factory and plant premises.
Manage recruitment, training, and duty rosters of security personnel.
Ensure protection of company assets, property, and employees.
Implement security policies, procedures, and maintain regular reports.
Respond promptly to emergencies, theft, fire, or other security incidents.
Manage security budget and resources efficiently.
Conduct internal audits and risk assessments as per company security standards.
Assist in CCTV monitoring and maintain proper records.
Have an idea to case file and coordination with local guest.
