Responsibilities & Context:

• Oversee overall security operations of the factory and plant premises.

• Manage recruitment, training, and duty rosters of security personnel.

• Ensure protection of company assets, property, and employees.

• Implement security policies, procedures, and maintain regular reports.

• Respond promptly to emergencies, theft, fire, or other security incidents.

• Manage security budget and resources efficiently.

• Conduct internal audits and risk assessments as per company security standards.

• Assist in CCTV monitoring and maintain proper records.

• Have an idea to case file and coordination with local guest.
