Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Data Entry Operator (Both English & Bengali)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be profoundly skilled in Microsoft Office program (Word, Excel, Power Point etc.),
∎ Must be profoundly skilled in Adobe program (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat)
∎ Prepare various types of Business Letter/ Business Proposal/ MOU/ Agreement/ Meeting Agenda.
∎ Good corresponding ability in English through E-mail and Internet.
∎ Good typing speed both in English and Bengali.
∎ Maintaining & keeping proper filing, records and information.
∎ Must be eloquent in English language for drafting and typing letter
∎ Fluent in English both writing & spoken.
∎ Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel & Power Point presentation.
∎ Should be smart and quick learner.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Recording, tracking & corresponding to official mails & documents.
∎ Ensuring meetings are effectively organized and minuted.
∎ Maintaining effective records and administration.
∎ Upholding the legal requirements of governing documents law, company law (Where relevant).
∎ Communication and correspondence.
∎ Taking Dictation/ Notes
∎ Typing Experience
∎ English writing should be full skilled, listening and speaking must be fluent, (Skills in more foreign languages should be given priority).
∎ Manage schedule meetings and appointments and communicate with oversees client.
