Teach Basic English Skills

• Help students learn to read, write, speak, and understand English using simple words, basic grammar, and correct pronunciation.

Create a Positive Learning Environment

• Make students feel safe, happy, and confident so they enjoy coming to school and learning.

Use Engaging Teaching Methods

• Use games, stories, songs, and fun activities to teach subjects like English, Math, Science, etc., based on the school curriculum.

Teach Good Behavior and Values

• Encourage manners, respect, kindness, teamwork, honesty, hard work, and caring for others.

Assess Student Progress

• Give regular tests or classroom activities to understand how students are performing and support those who need extra help.

Communicate with Parents

• Share updates on students' progress and guide parents on how they can support learning at home.

Have Prior Teaching Experience

• Teachers must have previous experience teaching in an English version or English medium school to ensure quality education and classroom management.
