Responsibilities & Context:
- Ensure sales as per sales target.
- Make phone calls to targeted customers, assess, and qualify for sales development.
- Follow up the given lead of the customers through phone calls, E-mail & bring results.
- Answering customer queries through various social media platforms.
- Sourcing new clients from market and social networking sites.
- Coordinate customers with proper product communication.
- Maintaining customer database.
- Ensure customer satisfaction during sales & after sales.
- Maintaining showroom hygiene.
