• Only Male

* Sales & Customer Service

* Assist patients/customers in purchasing prescribed and over-the-counter medicines.

* Explain product details, usage, dosage (as per prescription), and storage.

* Provide excellent customer service, maintaining a helpful and polite attitude.

* Prescription Handling

* Ensure medicines are sold strictly against valid prescriptions.

* Cross-check prescription details before delivering the medicines.

* Guide patients to pharmacists for clarification when needed.

* Product Knowledge

* Stay updated on medicines, health products, and promotions.

* Promote and suggest alternative products (if prescribed brand unavailable and approved by pharmacist/doctor).

* Inventory & Stock Management

* Assist in managing stock levels of medicines and other pharmacy items.

* Check expiry dates and report near-expiry/expired products.

* Help in organizing and displaying medicines properly.

* Compliance & Safety

* Follow pharmacy regulations and hospital policies.

* Maintain hygiene and safety standards at the counter.

* Ensure controlled substances are handled as per legal requirements.

* Coordination

* Work closely with pharmacists, doctors, and hospital staff.

* Support pharmacy operations like billing, returns, and documentation.
