∎ Proven experience in sales (preferably in the book industry or related fields).
∎ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
∎ Strong customer service orientation and ability to build long-term relationships.
∎ Knowledge of the book publishing industry.
∎ Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
∎ Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and CRM software.

∎ Manage orders, deliveries, and customer accounts to ensure timely fulfillment.
∎ Develop strategies to increase sales.
∎ Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and customer preferences.
