Job Context: The Showroom Sales Representative is the face of the showroom and plays a key role in ensuring a positive customer experience. This position involves direct interaction with walk-in customers, understanding their needs, explaining product features, and supporting them throughout the buying process. The representative also helps maintain the showroom’s appearance, assists in stock display, and ensures that sales and service standards are consistently met.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and identify their needs.
• Provide detailed information about products, styles, prices, and offers.
• Assist customers in product selection and fitting if required.
• Handle inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service professionally.
• Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Arrange product displays according to brand guidelines.
• Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor about fast-moving or low-stock items.
• Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new arrivals or promotions.
