∎ Welcome and assist walk-in customers at the outlet.
∎ Understand product details and help customers choose suitable items.
∎ Take product photos/videos for social media.
∎ Respond to online customer messages and comments professionally and promptly.
∎ Manage order details, payments, and basic delivery coordination.
∎ Keep records of sales and update inventory.
∎ Support with packaging and display setup as needed.
