Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
∎ Supervise and guide the sales representatives to ensure daily productivity and performance.
∎ Build and manage strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
∎ Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt strategies accordingly.
∎ Plan and conduct regular field visits to evaluate team performance and retail market conditions.
∎ Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
∎ Organize training sessions for sales staff to improve product knowledge and selling skills.
∎ Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities and branding initiatives.
