Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
∎ 1-2 Yr. experience in Sales and Marketing and Business Development
∎ Fresher if qualified Bachelors in Business or MBA or a related field from a reputed University
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement marketing and sales plan in collaboration with the management team.
∎ Execute all sales & marketing activities supported by management.
∎ Provide management with new ideas and concepts to market and sell ICT solutions and products
∎ Develop and maintain marketing documents such as ppt, brochures etc.
∎ Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and networking.
∎ Search for potential new clients and turn this into increased business
∎ Leverage and implement best practices in new promotional trends, digital marketing, social media and other methods to promote company, product and services
∎ Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
∎ Represent the company at networking events, conferences and tradeshows.
∎ Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
∎ Keeping up to date with new opportunity and monitoring competitor’s activity.
∎ Maintain customer database
∎ Develop network of distributors and new marketing channels.
∎ Attending initial sales meetings and meeting the client
∎ Take lead to develop RFP or proposal individually or as a team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Demonstrated and proven marketing and sales results
∎ Tech-Savvy with experience in the Information Technology sector will be a plus.
∎ Experience in electronic/digital marketing and using Social Media such as FB, LinkedIn etc. is a must.
∎ Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Publishing
∎ Strong verbal and written communication skill in Bangla and English
∎ Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
