Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Sales and Marketing
∎ Preferred good educational background and minimum graduation.
∎ MBA/ M.Com/ B.Com/ M.A/ BA from a recognized university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Corporate Marketing, Customer Support/ Client Service, Distribution/ Supply Chain Management, Market Research, Public Relation, Sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Poultry
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have good communication skill in English.
∎ Supervise daily Sales & Trade Marketing activities.
∎ Must be energetic and able to work under pressure.
∎ Create new customer and generate sales.
∎ Maintaining and developing relationships with existing and new customers.
∎ Strong negotiation skills and good sales & marketing knowledge.
∎ Identify key customers and maintaining a good, long term relationship with them.
∎ Plan, develop and implement an effective sales & marketing strategy.
∎ Ability to create new dealer cum distributor to achieve the companies targeted sales.
∎ Ensure product proper placement.
∎ Product sales and promotion in the market.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be well personality,behavior with good manner, loyalty, honesty.
∎ Experience in selling DOC (Day Old Chicks) will give more preference.
∎ Basic Computer knowledge is a must.
∎ Highly motivated and willing to take challenges.
∎ Acceptance of extreme job pressure & willing to travel Continuously.
Salary: Negotiable
