Additional Requirements:

- Must have good communication skill in English.
- Must have the knowledge in Poultry DOC Sales.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Supervise daily Sales & Trade Marketing activities.
- Possession of motorcycle is preferred and visit markets everyday. Must be energetic and able to work under pressure.
- Create new customer and generate sales.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing and new customers.
- Strong negotiation skills and good sales & marketing knowledge. Identify key customers and maintaining a good, long term relationship with them.
- Plan, develop and implement an effective sales & marketing strategy.
- Ability to create new dealer cum distributor to achieve the companies targeted sales.
- Ensure product proper placement.
- Product sales and promotion in the market.
- Achieve daily, weekly or monthly sales target of selling DOC.
