Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Basic Marketing knowledge to think and explain logically, and make improved plans to support the sales team.
∎ Physical area visit and make a good relationship with clients.
∎ Have sound knowledge of market research and develop a plan to engage the target market.
∎ Have proper time management skills and the ability to meet the deadline.
∎ Forecast monthly sales volume and have updated knowledge of competitors' data.
∎ Good at report making and presentation.
∎ Tech-savvy & pro-level knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
∎ Pro in English communication and Presentation making.
∎ Sourcing new partners and executing exciting partnerships
∎ Maintains partnership rebates and ensures mutually beneficial partnership terms that are in line with business goals and strategy
∎ Maintains and deepenings relationships with existing partners
∎ Assists in Budget and Sales Planning through data analysis and forecasts methodologies
∎ Works with management to develop processes and improves the current processes of the organization.
∎ Ensures proper training of the sales and operations team to implement the practices in the organization
∎ Works with the content development team and website admin to keep the website content updated
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years

∎ Should have good Written Communication skills
∎ Should have good Analytical Ability

Salary: Tk. 20000 - 40000 (Monthly)
