∎ Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for both B2B and B2C markets.
∎ Align sales initiatives with overall business objectives to drive revenue growth.
∎ Set, monitor, and achieve monthly sales targets in line with company goals.
∎ Proactively identify opportunities to exceed sales targets through innovative approaches.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and regional distribution partners.
∎ Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and collective KPIs.
∎ Conduct regular performance assessments and provide guidance to enhance team effectiveness.
