Monitor progress, adjust strategies (promotions, channel optimization) based on data (weekly/monthly reports, inventory).
Customer Development & Relationship Management
Expand distributor network; train retailers/farmers via field demos, workshops, and technical guidance.
Maintain key accounts (large farms, cooperatives, govt projects) with tailored solutions.
Market & Competitor Insights
Research local policies, crop cycles, pest trends, and competitor moves (pricing, promotions).
