∎ Responsibilities:
∎ We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Showroom/Outlet Sales Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers, demonstrating products, and closing sales in our showroom or outlet setting. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service while meeting sales targets and promoting our brand.
∎ • Meet sales targets as set by the company.
∎ • Manage inventory and ensure that the outlet is well-stocked.
∎ • Ensure that products are prominently displayed in shops for maximum visibility and sales.
∎ • Stay updated on product features, benefits, and updates to effectively convey this information to the customer.
∎ • Prepare product requisition according to sales trend and available stock.
∎ • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Regularly update the supervisor with sales reports, customer feedback, and any issues encountered in the field.
∎ • Monitor competitors' activities, including pricing, promotions, and new product launches, and regularly report findings to the supervisor.
∎ • Comply to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards during all sales activities.
∎ • Duty time : 09 hours per shift.
