Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets for interior design services.
∎ Identify new business opportunities, markets, and potential clients to expand the firm's reach.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients (residential, commercial, and corporate clients).
∎ Conduct meetings and presentations to showcase the firm's portfolio and interior design services.
∎ Understand client needs, budget, and vision, and offer tailored design solutions.
∎ Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.
∎ Generate leads through various channels, including digital marketing, referrals, networking events, and partnerships with real estate developers, architects, and contractors.
∎ Follow up on leads, negotiate terms, and close sales deals.
∎ Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
∎ Analyze competitors' marketing strategies and provide recommendations to maintain the firm’s competitive edge.
∎ Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and offline strategies (brochures, flyers, etc.).
∎ Collaborate with the design team to create promotional materials, including portfolios, case studies, and client testimonials.
∎ Manage the firm’s online presence and ensure content is regularly updated to reflect the latest projects.
∎ Track sales performance and prepare detailed reports on leads, conversions, and revenue.
∎ Provide insights to management on sales trends, customer preferences, and areas for improvement.
∎ Work closely with interior designers and project managers to ensure smooth project execution from concept to completion.
∎ Ensure that client expectations are met and exceeded, and address any concerns promptly.
∎ Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and quality service throughout the sales and project execution phases.
∎ Gather client feedback after project completion to identify opportunities for improvement and maintain long-term relationships.
∎ Represent the firm at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to build brand awareness and attract new business.
∎ Establish partnerships with vendors, suppliers, and industry professionals to enhance the firm's reputation and expand its network.
