Job Context

Ummah Housing Ltd is a growing real estate development company focused on thoughtfully planned residential apartment projects. We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to engage prospective buyers, coordinate project visits and convert qualified leads into apartment bookings. You will work closely with our sales team and report to the Assistant Manager.

Job Responsibilities

•      Follow up leads from Facebook campaigns, WhatsApp and phone enquiries within agreed response times

•      Explain project features, apartment sizes, prices and payment plans to prospective buyers

•      Book and accompany customers on site visits

•      Convert interested customers into bookings and collect required documents

•      Keep every lead, call and visit updated in the CRM

•      Meet monthly targets for site visits and bookings

•      Support marketing activities such as fairs, events and field campaigns

•      Carry out any other responsibilities assigned by management in line with the company's needs

Employment Status: Full-time

Workplace: Work at office, with regular site visits

Educational Requirements

•      Bachelor's degree in any discipline; BBA/MBA in Marketing preferred

Experience Requirements

•      1 to 3 years in sales; real estate sales experience preferred

•      Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply

Additional Requirements

•      Confident spoken Bangla; basic working English

•      Comfortable with smartphone, WhatsApp and basic computer use

•      Willing to travel to project sites regularly

•      Honest, responsible and customer-focused, with a professional appearance

•      Working knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini is a plus

•      Comfortable working in an organisation that follows Islamic values and workplace etiquette
