Responsibilities & Context:
Call potential leads and close sales over the phone
Respond to client messages on Facebook, WhatsApp, and other platforms
Maintain good communication and follow-up with prospects
Keep records of daily calls and client interactions
Work closely with the design team to understand service offerings
