Educational Requirements:
∎ Any Science Graduate (B.Sc. in Biology/Chemistry) with MBA in Marketing will get preference.
∎ Strong analytical, problem solving and Customer management skills.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication style that encourages open and dynamic dialogue and productive interaction with prospects.
∎ Proven success managing customer relationships and providing outstanding customer service.
∎ Ability to leverage qualitative and quantitative results to provide meaningful insight, feedback and recommendations.

∎ 1 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulates sales and strategies for company products in Assigned market.
∎ Participates in achieve monthly & annual sales target.
∎ Scheduling meetings with potential and existing customers, which includes doctors, pharmacists, nurses, and other health care professionals.
∎ Coordinates with all concerned customers to support and increase sales volumes in particulars organizations or communities.
∎ Sets sales promotion activities and Monitors and modifies marketing campaigns on own area of responsibilities.
∎ Analyses business opportunities and identify and implement for business growth.
∎ Formulate Long term / short-term Strategic plans to Enhance Sales, conducting Negotiations to build consumer preference and drive Volumes.
∎ Develops business relationships with customers to acquire business information and support.
∎ Establish and maintain an update sales and marketing database.
∎ Arrange patient's engagements programs in different park, clubs, or organizations.
∎ Arrange CME with different medical fraternity in different Divisional town or Districts.
∎ Identifying customers' needs and recommending company products that best fulfill those needs.
∎ Preparing sales reports as well as territory analyses and submitting them to management.

∎ Age 25 to 30 years
