∎ Proven experience in working in Super Shop or Beauty Shop
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Advising customers on the selection of brands related to FMCG products, Cosmetics and beauty products, toiletries, beverages and drinks.
∎ Guiding customers on the usage of cosmetics and beauty products. Initial information gathering regarding customer's purchase history and communicating pertinent information to the back-office supply chain team.
∎ Seeking clarification from customers regarding discrepancies when necessary.
∎ Ensuring proper stock storage inside the store as per company protocol.
∎ Checking day closing and cash transaction, maintaining cash handover register and ensuring cash handover to account if necessary.
∎ Take care of issues related to the software if necessary.
∎ Management of short expiry items.
∎ Checking expiry manually including stock expiry on a monthly basis.
∎ Communicating with the walk-in customers about the services and new products, plans & take active part in promotional campaigns to promote customer care & loyalty programs as suggested by management.
∎ Reviewing sales performance and managing monthly sales target. Maintaining strong CRM.
∎ Conducting Perpetual stock taking on a monthly basis and making shortage entry in the register for the reorder of level.
