  • Strong in verbal communication, negotiation, and customer handling.              
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with presentations, email follow-ups, and CRM use.              
  • Knowledge of basic design or architectural terms is a plus.              
  • Professional, proactive, and target driven.



Responsibilities & Context:

Bezpoke is a premium lifestyle brand specializing in imported Italian and Chinese flooring, luxury bathroom fittings, modular kitchens, wardrobes, lighting, high-end furniture, and custom design services. As we scale our operations and shift to a new corporate location, we are looking for a visionary leader to drive our marketing and sales efforts. 

Role Overview:As a Sales Executive at Bezpoke, you’ll play a key role in handling showroom inquiries, reaching out to potential clients through cold calls, following up on leads, and ensuring a smooth sales process from consultation to closure. You’ll also create quotations, assist in presentations, and be responsible for exceptional customer service and after-sales support.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with walk-in customers and explain product offering.
  • Make cold calls and follow up with leads generated by the marketing team.
  • Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Create and present proposals, quotations, and product presentations
  • Coordination lead records and updates via CRM or tracking sheets.
  • Ensure timely follow-up, proper documentation, and smooth customer onboarding.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain client relationships post-sale.
  • Work toward monthly sales targets with a focus on conversions.
