Job Context:
∎ ACI Motors is one of the most growing subsidiaries of ACI Limited. We have Agricultural Machinery, Infrastructural Development Machinery, Automobiles (Yamaha & Foton) & other machinery in our Product line.
∎ Sales coordination officer is a secretarial/coordination position which is responsible for providing logistic and clerical support to marketing and sales team. Key job role includes; i) Ensuring inter department coordination and ii) Providing logistic support to marketing and sales team.
∎ Product: Infrastructural Development Machinery (Brands: KOBELCO, CASE, LOVOL, AJAX, INDO POWER)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare and publish documentations for LC, invoicing, inventory, customer bills, credit collection etc.
∎ Maintain files and records efficiently.
∎ Communicate and coordinate with vendors on promotional materials.
∎ Provide logistics support to marketing and sales team.
∎ Collect and process bank cheques, conveyance and other bills.
∎ Provide logistics and documentation support during tender preparation.
∎ Provide hospitality to the guests and customers (local/foreign) of the company.
∎ Support portfolio head in his day to day operations.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Strong communication and social skills.
∎ Good command on MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
∎ Ability to ride a motorcycle.
∎ Interest to work in a coordination role.
∎ Flexibility to travel for official tours.
