Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Achieve individual sales targets through effective sales strategies.
∎ To visit the potential customers (Corporate & Retail) in regular basis.
∎ Conduct customer visits and follow up to strengthen business relationships.
∎ Greet and assist customers in the showroom with product knowledge and personalized recommendations.
∎ Provide accurate and up-to-date information on products, pricing, and promotions to customers.
∎ Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
∎ Prepare and present regular sales reports for management review.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing and supply chain teams to support promotions and product availability.
∎ Participate in daily and monthly sales meetings to plan and track performance goals.
∎ Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels
∎ Maintain and update the customer database and profiles regularly for accurate record-keeping.
