Responsibilities & Context:
∎ • Identify potential clients and generate leads through networking, referrals, and other marketing strategies.
∎ • Develop and execute effective sales plans to achieve individual and team targets.
∎ • Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
∎ • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty
∎ • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction.
∎ • Prepare and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth.
∎ • Negotiate pricing, terms and contracts with clients.
∎ • Convert leads into finalized sales by closing deals.
∎ • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
∎ • Contribute to team efforts by sharing insights and helping colleagues meet goals.
